RS Concrete Solutions provides coatings for safety, chemical protection and aesthetics. Polished concrete, epoxy, and urethane coatings enhance interior surfaces at plants or businesses. Our coatings are engineered to endure traffic, heat or cold and are available in a variety of different colours to fit your environment.

Unprotected concrete absorbs light, darkens the industrial environment, dusts heavily, and absorbs dirt and chemical spills. On the other hand, Epoxies and Urethanes increase light reflection, provide chemical resistance, and keep dirt and spills on the floor surface to facilitate a quick clean-up and a safer work place.

Concrete Polishing

Epoxy/Sand Overlays (High Compressive Strength)

Renew worn concrete floors or install a preventative maintenance system. Power trowelled at approximately quarter inch thickness, this protective material results in flooring that is two to three times the compressive strength of concrete.

Epoxy Coatings (Impress Plant Visitors)

Our Epoxy coatings provide a tough wearing surface and some can be used in solvent sensitive applications. A two component, 100% solids epoxy product line can be installed at the required thickness, for thin and thick build requirements.

They provide abrasion and corrosion resistance. Dirt remains on the surface for fast, easy removal. Available in a variety of colours. Impress plant visitors with the aesthetically pleasing results.

Urethane (Enhance your Image)

Ideal for warehousing or to enhance the good housekeeping image of your industrial facility. Improves floor maintenance by eliminating concrete dust.

Decorative Quartz (Attractive Flooring)

A three component, 100% solids system that combines epoxy resins with coloured aggregate to deliver superior strength and durability. The rapid cure time allows large areas to be resurfaced minimizing down time. There are no joints to collect dirt and bacteria.
